The Retro Band is strictly a covers band. We play music from your favorite artists of the last 50 years right up to current chart. TRB was formed in 2007 from a band of experienced & accomplished musicians. Between the four piece outfit they have a combined total of 70 years gigging experience. TRB are renowned for their live performance quality & it should reassure you to know that the majority of our bookings come from requests received at live gigs - for every gig we play we are booked, on average, three for gigs from members of the audience for their upcoming function or venue.
TRB play an eclectic mix of music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and naughties - see our set list section of this web site, our set comprises music that you would not switch off if it came on your radio. This mixture goes down a storm at every live show whether it's a wedding, birthday or other type of party or whether it is a charity fund raiser or a good old fashioned music gig for music's sake.
TRB have played countless party type gigs and have always been asked to play at others, likewise we regularly play the music circuit venues and are always welcomed back, we have also played university gigs at Keele and North Staffs Uni's (both multi thou capacity venues) to large audiences - basically we have the experience & confidence to cater for any venue, audience & size gig.
